Jo Ann Hoffmann
With a blend of expertise and passion, I am thrilled to introduce myself as a Certified Music Teacher and the Founder of Generational Music, LLC.
My journey began with band as a 6th grader and eventually led to my Bachelor's degree in Music from the University of Texas at Arlington and a Master's degree in Music Education from VanderCook College of Music in Chicago, IL.
As a dedicated educator for over 15 years, I've had the privilege of teaching music and directing choirs across various schools, including Arizona, Texas, and Iowa, where I've inspired young minds through the joy of music.
Beyond my professional endeavors, I am an active member of the community, serving as a Play It Again Band Member in Phoenix and Choir Member & Sunday School teacher at my church in Scottsdale. Additionally, I serve as a member of Scottsdale Living, dedicated to fostering connections and growth in our community. With a heart for both health and harmony, I am excited to continue making a positive impact in the lives of others through music, coaching, and community engagement.
I reside in beautiful Scottsdale with my husband of 10 years and my German shepherd. We enjoy off-roading with our car and road trips to enjoy the incredible views here in Arizona.
